General Suggestions
- Search the catalog for the needed journal or book online. We have many online resources and you may not need to go through ILL.
- For help with the library or your research, contact your subject specialist. They are here to help you.
- Fill out the ILL request forms as completely as possible. Allow plenty of time for your requests. Most materials come in a few days, but not all.
- Track the progress of your requests by clicking on 'View/Modify Outstanding Requests' in ILLiad. If you don't receive your materials within 1-2 weeks, contact ILL. There may be a problem.
