Scheduling a Session
- First, decide whether you would like to devote an entire class period to a facilitated library instruction session, or if you would prefer to assign an activity for students to complete on their own.
- Next, determine the date on which you would like to schedule the session and contact Cate Calhoun no less than two weeks prior to the requested date. Two weeks notice is the minimum requirement; it is recommended that you request your session as far in advance as possible because the library instruction labs are in high demand.

How does a facilitated library instruction session work?
- After you have scheduled your session, a library instructor will volunteer to lead the class. The library instructor will contact you to discuss your instruction options and determine a meeting place for the date of the session.
