Anatomy & Physiology: Interlibrary Loan & Campus Delivery

Loans and Delivery

  • Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and Document Delivery (AUBIExpress) will be processing requests for materials that can be delivered electronically. Requests for print books and other physical resources will be processed but will not be available until after the library buildings reopen to the public.  If an eBook version of the title is available, your subject librarian can consider purchasing it instead.
  • Any physical item already requested and currently “in the mail” will be ready for pickup when the library buildings reopen.

  • If you currently have ILL items checked out, they will be automatically renewed until April 13, 2020. Please do not return ILL items to book drops.  These should be returned to the Circulation Desk after the library reopens to the public.

Interlibrary Loan and AUBIExpress staff will be available to answer email and phone during regular university business hours.

  • Campus delivery (also known as Courier Service) will not be available.

Scanning Requests

Requests for electronic scans of materials in the Libraries’ print collections can be made through your ILLiad account. After logging in, select "AUBIExpress" from the Main Menu options.  Please note that with limited staff onsite, there may be longer than usual turnaround times on these requests (Faculty: If this material is needed for a course you are teaching, please indicate this and include a "need by date" in the online form’s “Notes” field.)

Document Delivery staff will be available to assist you during business hours.
