Access to Print Books

  • Faculty and graduate students: requests for electronic scans of print material in the Libraries' collections can be made through your ILLiad account.  After logging in, select "AUBIExpress" from the Main Menu options.  (If the scanned material is for a course you are teaching, please indicate the "date needed by" in the Notes field of the request form.)

Campus Delivery Service (for Faculty, Grad Students, & Staff)

Campus Delivery (courier) service is available to active AU faculty, staff, and graduate students, with some limitations.  Retired AU faculty members may also use the campus delivery service.

  • Active faculty have the option to have items delivered to their campus offices or to pick up the items from the campus delivery hold shelf, just inside the parking deck entrance to Draughon (RBD) Library.
  • Active graduate students and staff may only use the "pickup at RBD Library" option.
  • Retired faculty members may log in to the service to check their delivery options.

With the "pickup at RBD Library" option, please wait for an email from the library, notifying you that "Items are ready for pickup."

Book Purchase Requests

Your subject librarian will accept book purchase requests for items needed for teaching and research. Books will be purchased in eBook format, if available.
