Accessing Article Full Text

This guide walks you through accessing full text articles available through AU Libraries

Paywalls

When you search for articles online, you may run into a paywall. Paywalls require you to pay a fee or become a subscriber in order to access full-text content.  For example:

 

 

 

Searching for Journals in the Catalog

Rather than paying the fee or looking for another article, search the library catalog.  The library may have access to the article that you need.

Go to the library homepage (link below) and search for the journal.

 

If we have the journal, look under Holdings on the left side of the page to see which volumes (years) we have access to.

If the library does not have access to the journal or the issue you need, you could next use Interlibrary Loan, a free service for requesting articles and books from other libraries around the world.
