SELF-SERVICE LASER PRINTING
The laser printers support double-sided (duplex) printing for most media types.
Custom paper types and sizes provided by the user may be allowed upon request and must be compatible with laser printers.
Paper sizes available in plain paper.

Black-and-white (monochrome) laser printing costs.

- Tabloid - 24¢ -- Duplex - 48¢
All student charges for laser printing are automatically charged to your e-Bill.
Faculty/staff/departments are direct charged to a funding code (FOP); Charges occur monthly for the previous month's printing activity.
LARGE FORMAT PRINTING
Large format printing is a resource for students and employees of Auburn University for class assignments, academic research projects and departmental materials is available only during I&RC Help Desk hours. See the I&RC Help Desk for setup assistance and approval of large format print jobs.
Large Format printing capabilities include items up to 36 inches on one side, based on the width of the paper we provide; however, we can accommodate up to 44 inches if you provide your own approved printing media.
priority is given to those printing for class assignments, academic research projects, and presentations.
BILLING & PAYMENT
Students: Printing is charged on your e-bill the following month.
Faculty and staff: Provide a FOP by completing the brief form at the kiosk by the help desk.
All Users may pay with by credit card during regular working weekdays from 8am-4:45pm only.
Mastercard, Visa, or Discover. The system will not accept debit cards, credit cards run as debit, or prepaid cards.
LARGE FORMAT PRINTING COST
The price for large-format prints is $3 per square foot for all users.
Providing your own print media does not alter the cost of your print.
