One of the best ways to locate this type of information is by reading relevant peer-reviewed and trade journals in the discipline. You can find this literature by searching a database or by browsing relevant journals. Below you'll find links to some recommended resources, including the APA PsycInfo database and several journals that specifically focus on sleep.
