I recommend adjusting the setting to view the video in HD, if possible. To do that, just click on the little cog symbol 
in the bottom right corner of the YouTube window.
You can make lists of Keywords & Synonyms as demonstrated in the video. Below is a link to the Word file for the Keywording sheet. You may print it off yourself and use it for your own research.
