Data Management & Consulting Services

If you have questions about data management plans, data policy, storage, or archiving/publishing your data, consult our Research Data Services guide or contact Ali Krzton, the Data Management Librarian.

Additional data consulting services and equipment are available through the Libraries' DataSpace, located in the Innovation & Research Commons (1st Floor, RBD Library).  DataSpace staff can answer questions related to data analysis and visualization, statistical environments, programming/scripting, data cleanup, and more.

Library Instruction for Your Students

Library instruction for your students is available in person or online. Please contact your subject librarian for more information.

Library faculty support teaching in Canvas.  Our course reading list tool provides a quick and easy way to create reading lists and upload the Libraries' electronic resources into Canvas. 

We also offer multimedia information literacy modules (e.g., evaluating information sources, citations & academic integrity, etc.) and locally developed instructional tutorials to help develop your students' research and information literacy skills.

Campus Delivery Service

Faculty, staff, and graduate students have two campus delivery options.  They may:

  • request delivery of library materials to their campus offices
  • request items be checked out for pick up at the 1st floor atrium of RBD Library (just inside the parking deck entrance)

With the latter "pick up at RBD Library" option, please wait for an email, notifying you that "Items are ready for pickup."

Articles & Book Chapters by Email

Get electronic delivery of articles & book chapters from the the Libraries' print collections.  PDFs of these materials will be scanned and emailed to you.  Requests  can be made through your ILLiad account

After logging in, select "AUBIExpress" from the Main Menu options.
