Africana Studies is an interdisciplinary scholarly endeavor focusing on Africans and the African Diaspora descendants and the regions in which these people live. At Auburn University, researchers and teachers in the humanities and social sciences bring their expertise to bare on wide topics ranging from Gospel Music and Southern Politics to Sports in America and Colonial Latin America.
