Religious Studies: Find Journal articles

Where's the Article?

Tips for Finding Full Text of Articles

   Video Tutorial ( 2 min.)

      • If the full text of an article is available from the database you are searching, there will be  an HTML  or PDF link associated with the article citation.
      • If you find the article citation, but no full text, click on the Article Linker icon:.  If the library has access to the full text of the article from another online source, Article Linker will connect you to the article.
        • If online access to the article is not available, you may be able to obtain the article in hard copy (print).  Search the library catalog for the journal that contains your article.  Then use the elements of the article citation (year of publication, volume and issue number) to locate the specific journal issue that contains your article.
        • If the library does not subscribe to the journal that contains your article, you may submit an interlibrary loan (ILL) request to obtain a copy of the article from another library.  Delivery time varies, but you should allow at least 7-10 days for the requested item to arrive at our library.
