Research Assistance at AU Libraries
Library faculty and trained graduate research assistants from the Research & Instruction Services Department are available to provide help with research questions from current students, staff, and faculty, as well as alumni and members of the public. Library faculty and graduate research assistants welcome user requests via phone, E-Mail, online chat, and in-person. Questions from alumni and members of the public which require extended research time or the use of restricted licensed subscription databases will be referred to the Libraries’ InfoQuest Fee-based Services.
Alumni and members of the public who visit the Ralph Brown Draughon main library in person have access to additional information sources that include searching and browsing the library’s book and journal collections, as well as access to computer databases accessible on an open workstation.
Please direct any inquiries to the Libraries Research Help Desk via Chat or E-Mail at askalibrarian.auburn.edu or by using the phone number (334) 844-1737.
